A small team made Choreo, and the same small team answers your email. Here are the things people ask about most.

Getting started

Download Choreo, then create your family or join one with an invite code. Add a few chores, or start from the built-in starter pack, invite your kids, and you're a hive. Each person signs in with their own Apple ID.

Inviting your family

Open Choreo, go to your family, and share the invite code with each child or parent. They enter it on their own device to join, and keep their own profile, color, and avatar.

Choreo Plus and billing

Choreo is free for 14 days, then needs Choreo Plus. Subscribe and manage your subscription through the App Store: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Syncing across devices

Choreo syncs through Apple's CloudKit. Make sure each device is signed in to iCloud. Changes show up on other devices within moments; if something looks behind, open the app and give it a second to catch up.

Privacy and your data

Choreo runs no servers of its own, and your family's data is encrypted with a key only your family holds, so we can't read it. If you'd like to remove it, or you have any privacy question, email us and we'll walk you through it.

Something not working?

If Choreo showed you an error code, look it up for what it means and the quickest way to clear it. For anything else, closing and reopening the app sorts out most hiccups, and you can always email us.
